By using our service you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions of business.

1. Quoting - For every quotation completed we will send you an electronic quote with the total price quoted along with a breakdown of the services requested within 24 hours, via email or text message for your to review. All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated on the quote.

2. Window Cleaning 

2.1 - On all window cleans we use pure water which is effective at removing general dirt from your windows and frames, if you have sticker residue, plaster or paint this will not be removed.

2.2 - If you have any broken / cracked panes of glass we will not clean them, we will inform you either face to face if you are home or via electronic communication that we have not cleaned the particular window.

2.3 - On all First Window Cleans we apply an additional charge to cover the extra time and pure water required to clean your property to our high standards. The charge varies depending on the property size and will explained at the quoting appointment.

2.4 - We will always try to not clean your windows in the rain, however we do still work in light showers, we promise you that results will will remain to the same standard as if it was dry.

2.5 - We will clean your windows on your agreed regular schedule of 6 or 8 weeks.

2.6 - We will always try to be reliable as we can for our customers and appreciate our customers being reliable for us.

2.7 - If you are not happy with the standard of the work carried out, you must inform us within 24 hours and we will come back to re-clean the area concerned.

2.8 - We will notify you when the next clean is due via electronic communication (Text / WhatsApp) with a minimum of 48 hours notice.

2.9 - On the day of your arranged clean, gates must be left unlocked. If they are not, we will clean the windows we can access and the full amount will be charged. 

4. Gutter Clearing 

We offer gutter clearing all year round using our commercial gutter vacuum which means we work from the safety of the ground.

4.1 - We offer photo gutter inspections for clients for £25.

4.2 - If you then require the gutters clearing we will deduct the £25 off the total clearing charge if booked with 24 hours of the inspection.

4.3 - We have a minimum gutter clearing charge of £45.

4.4 - All waste from the gutter is taken away and disposed of on behalf of the customer, we do not charge anything extra for this service. However many customers opt for it to be spread on their flower beds / compost as majority of the time its moss and leaves.

4.5 -  While clearing the gutters we take no responsibility for old / broken guttering that has come loose or moved over the years, we do not offer any gutter repairing services. We will inform the customer of anything that we notice while conducting the clean.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 - We accept Cash, Credit or Debit Card Payments but our preferred payment method is Via GoCardless Direct Debit.

5.2 - Full payment is due within 24 hours upon completion of the agreed service, unless otherwise stated

6. Cancellations

6.1 - If you would like to cancel your agreed regular service, please notify us via email on info@seeitclean.co.uk with a minimum of 30 days notice.

6.2 - We would request that if for whatever reason you cancel or we cannot gain entry to your property on the day, we reserve the right to charge you the full amount.

6.3 - If you would like to cancel your clean, we would require a minimum of 24 hours notice.

7. Photography and Filming Disclaimer

Please note that we may take photographs / film while we carry out work. These will be used for marketing and PR purposes in our own publications, website, social media channels or in any third party publication.
